About the Role: We are looking for a Technical Customer Support specialist to assist our customers with technical issues and provide solutions. You will be troubleshooting and resolving problems, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with our products. If you have a technical background and enjoy helping people, this role is for you!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software or hardware issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Document and track support tickets in the system.

 

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of software or hardware troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a customer-focused environment.
  • Technical certification or related experience is a plus.
