Can I change my subscription plan?

Cloud Plan: You have the flexibility to adjust your license count as needed at the end of any billing period. Passing from a Cloud plan to self-hosting on your own server or a private cloud is possible once your billing period ends, provided you maintain a minimum of 50 licenses. Should you be interested in upgrading, contact us for further assistance.
Self-Hosted / Private Cloud Plan:
Similar to our Cloud Plan, you can modify the number of licenses at the end of any billing period, with a requirement to retain at least 50 licenses. Downgrading to a Cloud Plan is an option at the close of your billing period, however, transitioning plans means your data will not migrate to the new plan.

What is the payment plan?

We offer a flexible payment plan. You can add and remove users at the end of any billing period. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe and Paypal, you may also pay by invoice. For more information get in touch with our team.
Cloud Plan: Monthly or annual billing plans available. You can switch from a monthly to annual billing plan, or vice versa, at the end of any billing period.
Self-Hosted / Private Cloud Plan: Only annual billing for on server and private cloud hosting.

How can I stay informed about my plan and billing status?

You can check on your plan and billing status at any time directly from “Plans and billings” in your own Cerri Work environment settings. Here you can view your current plan type, billing plan and period, license and storage usage as well as your invoice history. You can also modify your plan and billing address from here at any time.

What is the difference between cloud and private cloud?

With the cloud, your data will be hosted within Cerri’s infrastructure on the secure Microsoft Azure cloud. With private cloud hosting, Cerri Work is installed as a separate instance and data independent installation on Cerri’s cloud infrastructure. In both scenarios Cerri takes care of executing all software updates.

What is self-hosted or “on your server” hosting?

Hosting on your server, or “on-premise” hosting, grants you full control over your system and data, as the software is installed directly onto your organization’s IT infrastructure, shielded by your internal firewalls. This means there is no shared hosting platform; your data occupies its own, independent space, ensuring absolute privacy.

What if I need more storage?

You automatically receive 10 GB of storage per license on the Cloud plan. If you need more storage you can simply purchase extra licenses and receive an extra 10 GB with each one. Storage is unlimited for hosting on your server or private cloud.

How can I assure IT that Work’s Cloud plan is secure?

From your account’s single page sign on onwards, Cerri Work uses advanced data encryption to ensure your account and data are protected from outside intrusion. (Your encrypted login data is transmitted via TSL (new SSL) or HTTPS port/443). Cerri Work runs on Microsoft Azure cloud, the award-winning cloud hosting provider.
