Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time:
Business: You can add or remove licences freely at the end of any billing period.
Enterprise: Starting at 100+ licences you can add or remove licences freely at the end of any billing period. If you downgrade to below 100 licences you will need to switch to the Business licence plan.
What is the payment plan?
We offer a flexible payment plan. When you upgrade from the free trial in Cerri, you will be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select (see below). You can add and remove users at the end of any billing period. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe and Paypal, you may also pay by invoice. For more information get in touch with our team.
Business: Monthly or annual billing plan for 1+ licences. You can switch from a monthly to annual billing plan, or vice versa, at the end of any billing period.
Enterprise: Monthly or annual billing plan for hosting on our servers. Annual billing only for private cloud hosting.
How can I stay informed about my plan and billing status?
You can check on your plan and billing status at any time directly from “Plans and billings” in your own Cerri Work environment settings. Here you can view your current plan type, billing plan and period, licence and storage usage as well as your invoice history. You can also modify your plan and billing address from here at any time.
What is the difference between cloud and private cloud?
It’s quite simple. With the cloud, your data will be hosted within Cerri’s infrastructure on the secure Microsoft Azure cloud. With the private cloud, Cerri Work is installed directly on your organisation’s cloud infrastructure. In both scenarios Cerri takes care of executing all software updates.
What if I need more storage?
You automatically receive 10 GB of storage per licence with the Business plan. If you need more storage you can simply purchase extra licences and receive an extra 10 GB with each one. Storage is defined as per your needs with the Enterprise plan.
