1. Lead Definition
A lead is created when a visitor performs an action that generates a new contact record in Cerri’s system.
This occurs when an individual signs up for a trial of Cerri solutions or submits a contact form requesting information or communication with Cerri.
2. Qualified Lead Definition
A qualified lead is defined as a contact with whom Cerri has successfully established communication and who has been preliminarily identified by Cerri’s sales team as a potential client.
In this context, a potential client refers to an organization that:
- Has a clear need for project or portfolio management software, and/or has expressed interest in improving their project management processes.
- Operates at a business scale suitable for Cerri Project (typically medium to large organizations or teams managing multiple complex projects).
- Possesses decision-making authority or influence within their company regarding software evaluation or purchase.
Qualified leads will be compensated regardless of their country of origin.
Final qualification status will be determined by Cerri’s sales team.

4. Eligible Lead (for compensation)
A lead is eligible for the US$10 commission only if all of the following are true:
- New to Cerri: Not an existing contact, customer, or opportunity in Cerri’s systems within the last 12 months.
- Contactable: The email address is valid and confirmed (no bounces; must complete email verification).
- Business context: Belongs to (or clearly represents) a business organization (B2B).
- Unique: One lead per organization per 6 months (duplicates across partners or forms are ineligible).
- Attributable: The lead is accurately attributed to the partner via PartnerStack and matches Cerri’s CRM record.
This section governs eligibility for the US$10 lead commission; it is separate from the US$25 qualified lead commission defined in Section 2.
5. Country of Record (how eligibility is determined)
For the US$10 lead commission, country eligibility is determined by Cerri using a combination of signals, which may include:
- Company registered address or website “About/Contact” address
- Phone number country code
- Email domain/TLD and company HQ
- Commercial geolocation signals (including, but not limited to, IP)
IP alone is not sufficient. Cerri may reclassify a lead’s country of record if signals conflict.
6. Ineligible Lead Types (No compensation)
The following are not eligible for the US$10 lead commission:
- Invalid / unverified emails: bounces, disposable/temporary domains, relay/masking services.
- Self-referrals: including the partner, the partner’s employees, or the partner’s own entities.
- Non-business or irrelevant profiles: e.g., personal-only, student, competitor, or partnership-only inquiries.
- Duplicates: same person or same organization within 6 months) or leads already in Cerri systems.
- Suspicious traffic: high-velocity submissions, VPN/proxy/TOR/data-center IPs, or mismatched identity/geography signals.
- Leads lacking minimally complete information: full name, business email, company name, and role/title.
7. Anti-Fraud and Verification
Cerri reserves the right to:
- Hold, deny, or reverse lead commissions pending review.
- Request reasonable evidence from the partner (e.g., context of referral, relationship to the prospect).
- Audit traffic patterns and enforce rate limits, caps, or temporary pauses if abnormal activity is detected.
- Terminate participation for fraudulent, misleading, or abusive practices.
