1. Lead Definition
A lead is created when a visitor performs an action that generates a new contact record in Cerri’s system. This occurs when an individual signs up for a trial of Cerri solutions or submits a contact form requesting information or communication with Cerri.
Note: Leads are for tracking and attribution. Only Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) are eligible for the reward described below.
2. Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) Definition
A Sales-Qualified Lead (SQL) is defined as a contact with whom Cerri has successfully established two-way communication and who is preliminarily identified by Cerri’s sales team as a potential client in active evaluation of project/portfolio management software.
An SQL generally meets ALL of the following:
- B2B fit: Represents a business organization (not a personal or academic use case).
- Need / intent: Has a plausible need for PPM or is actively exploring tools/process improvements.
- Scale suitability: Operates at a scale appropriate for Cerri Project (e.g., multiple projects, cross-team coordination).
- Role / influence: Has decision authority or clear influence in software evaluation/purchase.
- Contact quality: Provides minimally complete details (full name, business email, company name, role/title) and remains responsive.
- Engagement: Has completed a discovery call/demo OR provided sufficient documented requirements for a sales assessment.
Reward: Each approved SQL qualifies for a US$100 reward (see Section 4). Final qualification is at Cerri’s discretion, based on the criteria above.
3. Ineligible Submissions (no SQL reward)
The following do NOT qualify as SQLs:
- Self-referrals: The partner, partner employees, or partner-controlled entities.
- Non-business or irrelevant use cases: Personal, student, academic projects, partnership-only inquiries.
- Invalid / unverified contacts: Bounces, disposable/relay emails, obviously fake identities.
- Duplicates: Same person or same organization already known or contacted within the last 6 months.
- Competitors or agencies seeking to resell competing solutions only.
- Unresponsive contacts or those who decline further communication.
