A place for you to archive completed projects and all related data, files and objects; and access them when needed. An archive database allows you to keep your views light and clear even as the number of projects you execute within Cerri Project increases.
They are like sub environments which give you the possibility to create different setups in order to manage different types of projects in. This means you can physically isolate your projects in different databases yet also have a portfolio database that will allow you to consolidate all relevant data that can be put together across all databases (common data such as project financial and workload data for example). Project databases will also permit you to associate different departments/roles in your company to different databases, for example, an engineer will only have access to your R&D projects database.
Yes. Unrelated to the license type, Project allows you to assign individual profiles to each user with corresponding access rights and the features they can access.
Yes, Project integrates with ERP, CRM and other systems.
You can add licences at any time and these will be charged to you for a year from their start date. At the end of your initial billing term, the new licences will be renewed too using a pro rata rate calculation in order to align their end date with the rest of your plan.
You can remove licences with fore notice at the end of every billing year.
You can upgrade from a SMB to Business plan at any time. You will only be charged the difference.
To cancel your plan you must give prior notice of at least one month before the completion of your billing period.
