What's included in this Stage-Gate template
This template gives you a ready-to-use Stage-Gate process template from Cerri Project, structured around the five stages and five gates of the standard discovery-to-launch model: Discovery, Scope, Business Case, Development, and Test & Validate, leading to Launch. Each phase comes pre-loaded with sample tasks, owners, and deliverables; each gate comes with editable go/kill decision criteria.
Use it as a stage gate checklist template to define what evidence is required before a project can advance, or as a starting model template you adapt to your own project types. Add or remove phases, rename gates, and adjust criteria to match your organization's terminology and governance level.
